The Concierge explores what a service interface might become when it takes on a subtle physical presence. Designed for hospitality environments, the system operates continuously, offering guests a conversational guide throughout their stay.

Behind the scenes, it connects to existing hotel infrastructure through APIs, enabling recommendations for dining, shopping, and local experiences, complete with maps and lightweight itineraries. It can also coordinate on-site services such as spa appointments or facility bookings.

At its center is a hand-crafted 3D concierge, a calm, minimal figure situated at the desk. Rather than replacing human hospitality, it acts as a quiet mediator between guest and system, grounding digital intelligence in a more tangible form.
